These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and g63.com ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at g63com.vip, including all sub-pages, services, features, content, and functionality offered by g63.com.

By accessing the g63.com website, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotional activity, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of this Agreement.
• You consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the g63.com Privacy Policy.

g63.com reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time by requesting documentation. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended or permanently closed, and any pending balances may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the g63.com platform. Creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification
• Valid email address that you own and have access to
• Philippine mobile number (Globe, Smart, or DITO)
• Date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. In compliance with anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements, g63.com requires all players to complete KYC verification before making withdrawals or accessing certain account features. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification includes, but is not limited to: Philippine System Identification (PhilSys) card, Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), Driver's License, and Philippine Passport. g63.com reserves the right to request additional documentation at its sole discretion, including proof of address, source of funds, or supplementary identification.

KYC documents must be current, legible, and unaltered. Submission of forged, altered, or fraudulent documentation constitutes a criminal act under Philippine law and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your g63.com login credentials, including your email address, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not disclose your password to any third party under any circumstances.

g63.com will never request your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as a phishing or social engineering attempt. You must notify g63.com support immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that your account has been accessed without your authorization.

g63.com shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your g63.com account — whether authorized by you or not — shall remain your responsibility until such time as you have formally notified g63.com of unauthorized access and we have taken action to secure your account.

Deposits. g63.com accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and UnionBank. Minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. g63.com does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Deposits are credited to your g63.com balance in Philippine Peso (PHP) upon successful confirmation by the relevant payment provider.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name and previously used for deposits on g63.com.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts in good standing.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• g63.com reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing large withdrawal amounts.

g63.com targets GCash withdrawal processing within 15 minutes during active support hours. Actual processing times may vary depending on payment provider availability, security verification requirements, and transaction volume. Bank transfer withdrawals (BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank) may take up to 3 business days.

g63.com may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, deposit match promotions, cashback offers, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives ("Bonuses"). All Bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household address, per device, and per IP address. Circumventing this limit constitutes bonus abuse.
• All Bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement ("playthrough") which must be satisfied before Bonus funds or any winnings generated from Bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Unless otherwise stated, Bonuses expire 30 days after being credited to your account. Expired Bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited.
• g63.com reserves the right to cancel, modify, or limit any Bonus at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse or exploitation of the promotional offer.
• Bonuses credited in error may be removed from your account at any time. Any play conducted using erroneously credited Bonus funds may be voided at g63.com's discretion.

Determining whether Bonus terms have been met or whether conduct constitutes Bonus abuse rests solely at the reasonable discretion of g63.com. Players found to have engaged in Bonus abuse may have all Bonuses cancelled and associated winnings forfeited, in addition to account suspension.

All games offered on g63.com — including but not limited to live dealer games, slot games, sports betting, bingo, and color prediction — are subject to the individual rules of each game as presented within the Platform interface. You are responsible for familiarizing yourself with these rules before placing any wager.

Game Results. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems provided by the respective game studios (including but not limited to JILI, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, and Playtech). g63.com does not interfere with or adjust game outcomes. All results are final once recorded by the Platform's system.

Betting Currency. All bets and payouts on g63.com are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Any currency conversion, if applicable, will be performed at the rate provided by the relevant payment institution.

Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error during active play, g63.com reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original stake to the Player's account. Where game logs are inconclusive due to the nature of the error, g63.com's internal records shall be considered the authoritative reference.

Sports Betting. Pre-match and in-play sports betting results on g63.com are determined based on official results from the relevant governing body of the sport or event. g63.com reserves the right to void bets on events where results cannot be officially confirmed, where events are cancelled or abandoned without a decisive result, or where there is evidence of result manipulation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on g63.com. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering or operating more than one account on g63.com, whether under the same or different identities.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the KYC process.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity or any other illegal financial transaction.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanism to gain an unfair advantage in games or to exploit system vulnerabilities.
• Colluding with other players on live dealer tables or in any multiplayer game format.
• Attempting to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or exploit any aspect of the Platform's code, architecture, or game mechanics.
• Accessing or attempting to access the accounts of other players without authorization.
• Using third-party deposit accounts or funding your g63.com wallet with funds that are not your own or for which you do not have lawful authority.
• Engaging in any form of systematic Bonus abuse, including coordinated multi-account bonus claiming ("gnoming").

g63.com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a formal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any criminal activity linked to the account.
• Account activity that g63.com determines, at its reasonable discretion, to be inconsistent with normal individual player behavior.
• Voluntary self-exclusion request by the account holder.
• Player is found to be under the age of 21 at the time of registration or at any subsequent point.

Upon permanent account closure where no breach has occurred and all terms have been complied with, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus funds and associated wagering-requirement balances) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their g63.com account may do so by contacting the support team through the official contact channel. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, g63.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

Nothing in this clause shall limit g63.com's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

The most current version will always be published on this page with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly. Where changes are material, g63.com will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of g63.com after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 9.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of g63.com that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
